What are the file requirements for video subtitles?
Getting your entry right on your video track.
We require subtitles or closed captions to be included as separate tracks within the video file itself rather than as a separate .srt file.
Please submit your MP4/MOV file with embedded subtitle tracks. We will accept any format for embedded subtitles as long as they can be toggled on or off.
If any issues arise with the video formatting, our production team will be in touch.
