Each pricing tier (Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Standard) has a designated payment deadline.
If you do not meet the payment deadline:
- You may lose your discounted rate
- You may be moved to the next available pricing tier
- Your entry may not be accepted
You must complete payment before you can access your submission window.
