If your category requires physical supporting materials, these must arrive by the physical shipment deadline for your pricing tier.
Deadlines by tier:
- Super Early Bird: 4 February 2026
- Early Bird: 4 March 2026
- Standard: 8 April 2026
Important: Due to the Christmas office closure (22 December 2025 – 2 January 2026), deliveries cannot be guaranteed during that period.
